Heating & Cooling Division

The factory located in Al-Quos Industrial Area, Dubai undertakes the manufacture of Water-Heaters,Water-Chillers,Heat pumps, Water-Coolers & Water-Dispensers under the brand name DANA. The factory is well equipped with the latest machines and technological know-how with a dedicated team of 50 well skilled personnel. Very recently we have installed facilities for Glass Lining and Cut-to-Length of Galvanized Sheets. The factory has also attained GCC Certification as a proof of the high quality standardized goods production.

Coil Service Center Division

FULLY AUTOMATIC CUT-TO-LENGTH MACHINE
We have state-of-the art fully automatic IGBT technology based CUT-to-LENGTH plant in our factory, where-in We can cut GI, Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, Aluminium, Stainless Steel Coils as per desired dimensions on Job work basis. The specifications of this automatic cut-to-length plant are as under:-
• Coil Weight: – up to 15 metric ton
• Coil Width: – up to 1600 mm
• Thickness: – 0.30 mm to 3.0 mm

HIGH PRECISION SLITTING LINE
Slitting line for GI, Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled,Stainless Steel Coils with uncoiler, leveler, slitting shear, edge trimming shear, roller breaking unit and tension recoiler.

DANA STEELS PVT. LTD. is the name of manufacturing facility spread over a wide area of 35000 sq. m. in Chopanki Industrial Area,Bhiwari, Rajasthan, India. The unit employs around 300 skilled & semi-skilled personnel using Hi-Tech Contemporary Machinery to manufacture ERW Pipes Tubes – Electric Resistance Welded Pipes, Tubes & Hollow Sections under the brand name DANA.

APIKA ENTERPRISES

Apika Enterprises is the name of manufacturing facility located in Jaipur, India and undertakes the mass scale production of Steel Utensils. It gives employment to around 50 personnel skilled in the manufacture of Steel Utensils. Apika Enterprises has its trading offices at New Delhi and Mumbai, India.
