DANA Steel UAE’s metal roofing profile is also named steel roof sheet, raw material is pre-painted hot dipped galvanized steel(ppgi colored sheet) sheet, used as popular structural metal roofing materials and pre-painted aluminum(ppal) coil sheet.
Painting System :- Polyester Coated(PE/RMP)/PVF/PLASTISOL coated as per RAL 9002/1001/5010 or any customer specific color.
Thickness: 0.30 mm to 0.90 mm in PPGI and 0.30mm – 1.50mm in Aluminum
Standard Width after corrugation: 1000 mm for DSS 35/200 & DSS 45/250 | 900mm for DSS 45/150
Length: Subject to customer choice ( we can supply upto 15 mtrs long sheet).
DANA Steel’s skilled engineering staff also does complete drawing/drafting and cut-length preparation for it’s valuable clients.Only after approval of the Final Design Drawings & Cut-lengths we proceed for manufacturing the sheets.
