We have complete vertical integration and we manufacture our own COLOR COATED Coils with Galvanized(GI), Aluminum ( Al) and Aluzinc ( AZ) substrate at our Continuous Color Coating Factory situated in Dubai Industrial City , Dubai UAE. After Color coating the substrate coils as per desired client color ( Example RAL 9002,RAL 5015,RAL 5012, RAL 2003, RAL 1001, RAL 1014, RAL 1015 or other RAL shade) , the finished PPGI,PPAL or PPAZ Coils are Shifted to Continuous Roll-forming Machine to Manufacture Single Skin Profile Corrugated Sheets.

                                                      PREPAINTED ALUMINUM / PREPAINTED GALVANIZED COIL Manufactured by DANA STEEL Dubai UAE          After the Finished Prepainted Or Mill Finish Coils Manufacturing Process is finished the Continuous High Speed Rollforming machines as per DSS 45/250 , DSS 35/200, DSS 38/200, DSS 45/150 , DSS 76/18 , DSD 75/305 manufacture the profile sheets in various lengths as per client cut lists. The Covering width of the Profile Corrugated Sheets ( ROOFING/WALL application) vary from 900mm – 1000mm depending on the profile. All the Profiles manufactured by DANA STEEL have a custom load bearing capacity ( data sheets of which can be obtained from DANA STEEL Sales Team).

From Mill Finish ( Factory finish ) Regular Spangle or Mini Spangle Galvanized ( GI ) Roofing Sheets or Floor Decking Sheets to Custom RAL Color Prepainted Color Sheets we have the capability to manufacture Corrugated Profile sheets as per client cut length . Our Experienced Design Team also is able to provide Design and Layout Guidance on the material selection / cut lengths / flashings and accessories associated with the corrugated profile sheets.
