April 2016 :- DANA Lubricants Factory LLC ( A Division of DANA Group) acquires ALPHA Trading LLC to venture into fuel trading and bunkering business

As part of it’s strategic acquisition drive DANA Lubricants Factory ( Lubricants and Greases Manufacturing Division of DANA Group) acquired the land,infrastructure,plan & machinery of ALPHA Diesel Trading LLC( A well established diesel trading company in the Northern Emirates) for an undisclosed sum to foray in the fuel trading and bunkering business.

Dr Dana ( Chairman DANA GROUP) was quoted saying “This is a step forward for us at DANA to further expand our verticals into related fields.Our Lubricants division has seen a compounded annual growth over the years and moving strategically into the fuel and petrochemicals trading & bunkering division is definitely a strong point for DANA Group.Alpha Diesel has a strong market presence and branding with a strategic location in front of hamriyah free zone 2,and shall help us to get steady inroads into the business”.
