April 2019 :- Dr Ruchi Dana at the launch of OBF, One Big Family, an app for the elderly in Telangana

Dr Ruchi Dana, Board Member of Dana Group of Companies as part of its CSR initiatives has launched OBF, One Big Family App, an app for the Elderly. Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary, Department of Industries and Commerce and Information Technology (IT), Telangana State was present at the Launch ceremony, the soft launch of the app was well received by the general public, elderly population and press and media. At the launch, Dr Ruchi said “The senior citizen population in India is over 59 million and the we are just seeking to tap into a section of this. OBF app focuses on payments for utilities such as electricity bills, telephone bills and DTH, as well as emergency services, shopping, mobility and matrimony, among others. In terms of mobility, we have also partnered with cab aggregators Ola and Uber”
