The Process of Manufacturing :–>
For MILL FINISH GI / AZ or AL Corrugated Profile Roof / Wall Sheets
Step # 1 :- Hot Dip Galvanizing Process – To Produce GI(galvanized) or AZ(aluzinc) Steel Coils.
Step# 2 :- Continuous Corrugation of Galvanized Coils to Produce Galvanized / AZ Mill Finish Corrugated Sheets or Aluminum Coils to make Aluminum Mill Finish Corrugated Sheets.
For Color Coated / Prepainted Profile Corrugated Sheets of PPGI / PPGL or PPAL
Step # 1 :- Hot Dip Galvanizing Process – To Produce Mill Finish GI(galvanized) or AZ(aluzinc) Steel Coils in CGL#1.
Step # 2 :- Continuous Color Coating Process to Color Coat / Paint the Coils to Form Prepainted Galvanized ( PPGI) or Prepainted Aluzinc ( PPAZ/PPGL) or Prepainted Aluminum( PPAL) Coils
Step# 3 :- Continuous Corrugation of PPGI/PPGL/AZ Coils to Form Profile Corrugated sheets as per different Profiles i.e DSS 35/200,DSS 45/250,DSS 45/150,DSS 76/18 , DTP 42/205
