Continuing with it’s vision of backward integration in the value chain DANA STEEL INDUSTRY LLC was set up in the year 2017 at a 600,000 sq ft State of Art Facility situated at Dubai Industrial City ( DIC) located in the vicinity of Jebel Ali Sea Port, Dubai.

DANA STEEL’s Project has a STRATEGIC LOCATION & distinct “MADE IN UAE” Advantage. DUBAI INDUSTRIAL
PARK( http://www.dubaiindustrialpark.ae/) , Dubai Industrial Park is strategically located next to Al Maktoum
International Airport ( 10 mins drive) and in close proximity to the Jebel Ali Sea Port(20 mins drive). The City provides
a traffic free environment with direct connections to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the Emirates Road,
providing easy and convenient access to global transportation points via road, air and sea, so excellent connectivity
to Sea Port and also Mid Way between Abu Dhabi and Dubai
 It is OUTSIDE THE FREE ZONE , so the factory has strategic advantage for Making “MADE IN UAE” products,
which enjoy custom free export to GCC ( Gulf Cooperation Council) and Arab League Countries.
 There is no Anti Dumping Duty against UAE steel exports to the US (unlike India, China)
 Strategic importance of exporting to US & European markets because of no Anti-Dumping Duty
 There will be an import duty on coated products (PPGI) in the UAE, hence local UAE manufacturing
companies will benefit a lot from this new policy.

 DIC is located just next to (15 minutes transport time) Jebel Ali Sea Port, one of the world’s busiest ports
with excellent connectivity of vessels for the entire world.

*Continuous galvanizing line[CGL] :- DANA STEEL UAE will be having the Only Continuous Galvanizing Line in the
Middle East having Dual Pot Technology Enabling it to Manufacture Galvanized and Aluzinc Coils in the Same
Production Line. The Line will also be equipped with the Latest Vertical NOF (Non-Ox Furnace) Technology to achieve
online annealing and tempering to manufacture galvanized coils in Commercial, Lock Forming Quality LFQ, Structural
Grades. Also Featured in the continuous manufacturing line will SKIN PASS MILL(4 Hi SPM) and TENSION
LEVELLER(TL) in order to give super-flat end-products. The Installed Production Capacity will be 400,000 Mt/annum
of Galvanized Steel (GI) and Aluzinc(AZ) coils. The Coils can be further Slit or Cut to length to make Slitted coils & Cut-to-length Sheets

*Continuous Color Coating Line [CCL] :- DANA STEEL UAE will be the Only Continuous Color Coating Line in the
Middle East having the Latest Korean Hot Lamination technology for producing Color Coated Galvanized, Aluzinc &
Aluminium Coils with various patterns for precision end usage in construction and home appliances .Coil coating is a
continuous online process for coating metal before fabrication into end products. The steel or aluminium substrate is
delivered in coil form. The coil is positioned at the beginning of the coating line, and in one continuous online
process, the coil is uncoiled, pre-cleaned, pre-treated, primer coated, baked and finally color coated and rebaked
before being recoiled on the other end and packaged for shipment. The Installed Production Capacity will be
200,000 Mt/annum of Prepainted Galvanized(PPGI) Coils, Prepainted Aluzinc(PPAZ) and Prepainted
Aluminum(PPAL)coils.

Our State of the Art Plant boasts a Continuous Galvanizing Line ( CGL) and a Continuous Color Coating Line ( CCL) with installed capacity of 400,000 Mt/annum and 200,000 Mt/annum. The products manufactured by this facility are :-
