July 2012 :- DANA Acquires Plant & Equipment Assets From ETA Profiles LLC
DANA GROUP (www.danagroups.com), has acquired the entire plant & machinery assets of ETA Profiles LLC ,for an undisclosed amount. These assets are valued at USD 55 million .This new initiative will help the profiles & cladding division of DANA STEEL PROCESSING INDUSTRY LLC to increase it’s production capacities in order to cater to it’s increasing customer base in Middle East & North African markets. The main product lines DANA Steel offers include various types of insulated composite profiled panels(puf,rockwool,pir), profiled cladding sheets, Wall Cladding Sheets, Roof Cladding Sheets, Curved Cladding Sheets, Flashing Sheets, Sandwich Panels, Flat Panels, Cold Store Panels, Secondary structural steel members like Z & C purlins and all kind of accessories.
The plant & machinery acquired from ETA Profiles will be relocated to DANA Steel’s existing plants in Al Jurf Ajman & Emirates Modern Industrial Area UAQ. Key Equipment includes a fully automatic Z & C purlin roll forming line and fully automatic slitting line capable of slitting thinner gauge prepainted aluminum and gi coils used in making cladding. Addition of these lines will increase DANA Steel’s production capabilities to more than 10,000 square mtrs of insulated panels & cladding per day.
