On 2nd October 2016, at the first anniversary of Dana Shivam Heart and Superspeciality hospital, Jaipur, India , an Open Heart surgery center was inaugurated within Dana Shivam Heart and Superspeciality Hospital. The Honorable Chief Guest for the event, Mr Rajendra Singh Rathore, Health Minister, Rajasthan was welcomed on stage by Dr Chariman and MD of Dana Group of Companies, Dr Birbal Singh Dana. Honorable Health Minister, Mr Rajendra Singh commended the work Dana Shivam Hospital has done for the upliftment of the society, within a short span of just one year. In the past one year, Dana Shivam hospital has grown in a very sustainable way and provides free health and medical check ups, eye camps, blood donation camps, diabetes and obesity awareness camps every month. Honorable Health Minister, Mr Rajendra Singh supported Dr Birbal Singh Dana and Dr Sunil Garsa’s efforts to provide best quality healthcare at affordable prices to the community.

Some of the guests at the event were Ex-Lok Sabha member and Indian Politician Dr Karan Singh Yadav, Ex-minister of Industry, Power and Higher Education, Mr Jitendra Singh, MLA and Ex-minister Industry and Health, Mr Narpat Singh Malvi, Ex-Dean of SMS Medical College, Dr Virendra Singh and many distinguished doctors, guests and citizens of the city.
